As a Concrete Lifting Laborer at Stabil Solutions, Inc., you’ll be a crucial part of our operations. This role involves hands-on work in various outdoor settings, where you will assist in the lifting, leveling, and stabilization of concrete surfaces. Whether it's sidewalks, driveways, or other concrete surfaces, your efforts will help restore them to their original condition, ensuring safety and quality for our clients. This position is ideal for those who enjoy physical labor, working outdoors, and being part of a team that values excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in Concrete Lifting & Leveling:
Work alongside experienced team members to lift and level concrete surfaces, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality.
Operate Tools & Equipment:
Safely and efficiently handle various tools and machinery essential for concrete lifting and stabilization.
Job Site Preparation:
Prepare job sites by cleaning, removing debris, and setting up the necessary equipment to ensure a smooth workflow.
Material Mixing & Pouring:
Mix and pour materials as required for each project, adhering to precise measurements for optimal results.
Safety & Cleanliness:
Follow all safety protocols to maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Effective Communication:
Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
Additional Duties:
Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and contribute to the overall success of the project.
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Previous experience in construction or concrete work is a plus, but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate who is eager to learn.
Physical Ability: Must be able to lift heavy objects, perform physical labor, and work in various outdoor conditions.
Work Ethic: Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn and grow within the company.
Transportation: Reliable transportation to and from our shop in Chestertown, MD.
